RETURN & REFUND
We accept returns or exchanges only if the returned goods are undamaged or unused, in their original packaging with tags (if any) and within 3 days of order delivery.
It is important that the product is securely packed and bubble wrapped. If the goods are scratched or dented during shipping, we cannot accept the return. We will return the goods to you as is. To exercise your right to return, please follow the return safety instructions. In case of damage, we will not be held responsible.
Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and state the reason for return.
Customers must ship the goods using a traceable shipping method. h. Return the goods to our address by courier or registered post at your own expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be processed within 3 days (excluding Sundays) of receiving the return.
